More and more families are raising their children while taking in their own parents to care for too. The parents have moved in with their adult children because they do not need the services of a nursing home or have access to Cleveland assisted living facilities.

In one community their are new leaders in schools and scouting. By choosing to spend time with these active seniors you may open many avenues of service for them to participate in their community. Everyone likes to be appreciated and do something useful at the same time. There are benefits from these relationships that simply cannot be computed.
There are academic volunteer programs that are sharply enhanced by fresh minds and volunteers. Art programs are made possible in some elementary schools only by these volunteers from assisted facilities. They are the substitute for a lack of funding in an area that may make a huge difference in the life of a youngster.
Lots of people have learned that they have some hours each week that they can trade for this type of personal volunteerism. To share the best of ourselves and bring out the best in others will not break the bank. The return on your investment is priceless.
